We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

International Shipping

At this time, Evergreen Al Fresco ships within the United States only.

We plan to expand to Canada in the future.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5 for orders under $50

No Hidden Fees

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Not currently offered

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

Items must be:

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
